Utrecht is most beautiful from the water

You can now sail from our brand new boarding point under the Hoog Catharijne shopping center!

You start and end the tour on the newly reopened Catharijnesingel, which therefore passes under the shopping centre. The skipper will then be happy to take you along the beautiful Oudegracht.

From the tour boat you can see and enjoy the old wharf cellars, bridges and beautiful statues under the Pyke Koch lampposts. Along the Oudegracht are the beautiful canal houses and of course the Domtoren.

Along the way, extensive guiding is provided in several languages.

 

Practical information

  • Departure from Hoog Catharijne at number 8, Catharijne Esplanade (next to the escalators)
  • Please be there 10 minutes in advance!

 

Take into account a reasonably low jetty in relation to the water level, so that the step into the boat is relatively high (see the photos for an example).
